7 Days Detox | Simple Ways To Clean Your Body From Toxins
Detox the body is difficult, you should stop many things to do it. Foods with a high level of sugar and fat are the ones you have to avoid to have the best result of the detoxification process.

In my case, 28 years old I don’t use sugar and I am scared of fatty foods because of the massive pain I had from a chronic disease. If you understand this pain without having it, you would respect the cleanse and never cheat again, eating junk food during the process.

There are many functions this organ has within the human body which I am not mentioning here.
Therefore, with the increase and excessive consumption of bad food such as those I mentioned in the first bullet points, the liver loses the effectiveness of processing foods because it was loaded with toxins by junk nourishments.
Imagine how the liver work to process that pizza and fishing ships you eat every day? It will do its job but in the long run, it will no longer work as it is used to be.

Although I have mentioned here the liver as the main and most important organ you have to clean. You should not only focus on it. You have to aim your entire body, since your liver, to the kidneys and intestine.
That’s why I suggest you avoid many types of fatty foods. The goal here is to bring the best out of the detox. Therefore, following the best practice will only make the process work effectively in your body.
The best ways you can do it is by:
1- Spring water with lemon: It helps to eliminate toxins from our body as well as alkalize it.
2- My favourite “Daily vegetable juice”: During the seven-day challenge, I would encourage you to take a serious step through vegetable juice. Normally, I blend all together Kale which is rich in vitamins and minerals (simply a superfood) where is a close friend of your liver, spinach, coriander and carrots.
3-Green tea: my passion, this is my everyday friend. Who knows me, know that I love green tea. Green tea for me is a super drink because it helps you with numerous benefits in which I can write one article just with them.
If you want to know, green tea can help you lose weight, boost your metabolism, improve your brain capacity, avoid you have cancer, containing in it antioxidants and makes you live longer.
Green tea also has less than 50 calories that if you want to do an intermittent fasting you can drink it without concerns. This tea would be an excellent supplement to help you with your seven days detox challenge.
These are simple and easy steps for you to start detoxifying your body. There are many other different and complex detoxification in which I don’t mention here because I am not a doctor and they are too risky.
I normally do a much more complex detoxification every 60 days where cleans my entire body rapidly. However, it should not be done by everyone, being too deep, requiring cautious.
Follow this one I have shown in this article and see how you feel after the 7th day. The main goal of this challenge is to make you used to detox. I know it is hard… Then once you are used to it, increase it from seven to fourteen days once you get used, make it part of your routine.
