What I Did To Detox My Body And Cure A Chronic Disease
Nowadays we are no longer the same as our grandparents. Today the world has emerged in a new level of industrialization, marketing and fast-food chains are becoming hard to avoid as they silently are making part of our lives.
Therefore, in terms of alimentation, it is almost impossible to have a nice and clean meal. With the day-to-day rush routine, it is difficult to eat every single day raw and clean food such as vegetables and fruits.
With these habits, the level of chronic diseases has been increased exponentially in the last decades and unfortunately, many people are doing practically anything to avoid or even change these situations in their lives
As I mentioned above, it is hard to maintain a proper meal routine, preparing every single day good food with the right amount of vitamins is difficult. With these bad habits come consequences, our bodies keep toxins that will damage our internal organs and on the long-run create chronic diseases leading to death.
Why we should detox
However, even when we are not having the right habit to eat clean, we still can clean our bodies and remove those toxins which are silently damaging our bodies.
There are many reasons, we should detoxicate our bodies. One of them would be to remove toxins. When we are long-term exposed to bad alimentation and long-term denuded to pollutants we must clean up our bodies.
It directly relates these toxins they hoard to changes in our behaviour, metabolism and immune system in cells for many years without we know.
Detoxification will also prevent your body to gain chronic diseases such as cancer, pancreatitis or diabetes for example.
It also helps you to lose weight, detoxing removing the body toxins is in fat cells and increases the metabolism.
It improves the quality of life.
I came from a native Brazilian family from my Mother. We are not used going to the hospital when we get sick; we know what herbs to use when some special disease appears. However, after I move to Ireland to study English and start my business management degree, my entire meal routine changed.
Imagine, nobody knows how to use herbs to clean those bodies here, maybe Guinness, I’m joking haha. The fat food here is cheap, and I got used to eating pizza and fish and chips in my meals and guess what, I got a chronic disease.
One day I woke up, and I felt a heavy inside my thorax box and I thought I was done. I went to many doctors, and they did not know what I really had, actually; they knew but they need money.
Using many medicines I determine to no longer use them to cure those diseases (remember I am not motivating anyone to stop using their medicines). I went back to Brazil and all the doctors told me I had a fatty liver and pancreatitis (this is the difference between free healthcare and paid ones).
My family straight told me to detox and change the way I live. Then, once I remove all of those toxins from my body I felt the difference. My body changed my humour positively and I no longer needed to worry about those diseases.
What did I do to detoxicate my body?
I remember I was watching a documentary about a guy was in his middle 40s and was with his body full of toxins. Using tons of different medicines to keep his life going until he tired of how he was living and suddenly change his life. He started two months of pure detoxification of only vegetables that was a crazy and courageous move.
The action I saw in that documentary gave me the attitude to do the same to get rid of all toxins from my body. Therefore, I see what is the main reason that makes a body get sick and I got surprised. Toxins make our body acid and invite many diseases, practically telling them “Welcome”.
No disease can exist in an alkaline environment.

I prepare different detox drinks (which I will describe in future articles), using different vegetables and rapidly I see a difference in my body. The weight I felt within my thorax box disappear and my body changes. These good symptoms gave me more appetite to keep going along this path.
Today, I mix this different detox drinks with exercises boosting my health. After these changes I have got that I am more concentrated, it is hard for me to be low emotionally, my sexual appetite has increased exponentially and my energy has increased.
These are what happened after taking a serious path to change and start my routine with detox and exercises.
What do I recommend?
For you, I would suggest that if you want to start, act and prepare a routine within the detoxification of your body. It is easy and can change your life.
Initially, prepare different recipes from vegetables such as cabbage, Kale and carrot juice. It is easy and the combination of them will help your liver and the rest of your body to get rid of all those toxins that are damaging your health.
These are the path you should go if you want to change your body and health. You understand that your body is the most important thing you have. If you don’t care about it, you are not caring for the rest of the other thing you love.
If you have no health, you cannot keep or gain something in your life. Health is the most important thing we have and should be maintained.
